Just wondering if anyone could help with this:

How can you tell which elements are more metallic or more nonmetallic?

For example, out of these elements: oxygen, iron, potassium & neon, which would be the most metallic and why?

&.

Silicon, fluorine, nitrogen & helium, which of these is most nonmetallic?

Thanks for the *delete me*  :)

Upper right for nonmetallic, left and down for metallic.
