Basic Titration

Im in search of a procedure for titrating Na2CO3 (Sodium Carbonate) and 0.1M HCL? Im having a little difficulty performing the experiment off my own back. The molarity is also confusing as i would need 0.1M Na2CO3 solution but will it be an equal 1 to 1 ratio of H+ ions to -OH ions or will it be a 1 to 2 ratio respectively?
