Please help me name this compound!

Hi everyone, my first post on this forum! I've completed this question but I was wondering if anyone could give me the correct answer. It is a university past exam paper and sadly they do not offer answers!

I also apologise in advance if I broke any rules or anything!

On this forum you are expected to shown your own answers and working first.
Do you want both questions answered? If so I would deal with them in separate threads.

Im not supposed to give solution..
Anyway.. addition of Halogen Acids follow Markovnikov's rule.
