are glycols water soluble?

Are propylene and dipropylene glycols water soluble? I need to mix them in water at 1:5 ratio.

There are many resources on the Internet that allow you to determine the question you ask.
I did a GOOGLE search on each of the compounds you asked about and got answers.
From the results of the GOOGLE I went to the WIKI links.
