TLC plate cutter

Could somebody reccommend a producer of relatively inexpensive TLC plate cutters? I'm considering buying one, and I checked a couple of producers' webpages, but I was unable to find anything below 500 USD, it's kind of madness for such a simple piece of equipment.

Most people around here use a Stanley knife and a metal ruler. I use a decent pair of scissors myself.

I suppose you could try a paper guillotine.
