Have fluoride reagent drops been made that can be dropped into water and change color in the presence of fluoride?

What you're looking for is a "spot test" for fluoride.  You can Google for those, I found a few.   Its some work to find a quick, easy read reagent that doesn't react with other things, but it has been done.
