Find molarity of acetic acid withe given information

Find acetic acid M at equilibrium. when put my answer back into my ice chart expression it doesnt equal K. The exponent is always off by 1. K=1.29×10^13 not 7.7x10^-14

Your image is barely readable, you really expect me to cry eyes out trying to read it?

One thing I can make of it is - you have not shown your ICE table, how can we guess what went wrong not seeing your work?
