Each catalogue explains all abreviations used - probably explossion limit, Fahrenhait degrees

Catalog does not explain this abbreviation.

What does explosion limit imply? what does the % and temp. imply? I have tried to look this up and just have had no luck.

Eg: mixture of H2 and O2 explodes when content of H2 is between 5 and 84 % (vol/vol)
