Hello, I am quite stumped on this calculation.

Oil of cloves contains both Eugenol and Eugenol Acetate. We extracted Eugenol and Eugenol Acetate for IR scans and UV scans.

We scanned both the Oil of Cloves and Eugenol from 350 to 250nm and Eugenol gives a peak maximum at 282nm (Eugenol Acetate is assumed that it does not absorb at 282nm). Here were my results:

Eugenol Max Absorbance: 1.1049
Oil of Cloves Max Absorbance: 1.7692

Concentration of Eugenol: 0.062g/L (0.0062g into 100mL of methanol)
Concentratoin of Oil of Cloves: 0.072g/L (0.0072g into 100mL of methanol)

Each substance was put in special UV Sample Cells for the scan. The path length between optical faces is ~1cm.

How do I find the concentration of Eugenol in my Oil of Cloves?

According to forum rules, you must show an attempt before we can help you.  There are actually a couple of ways to approach this sort of problem.

I've locked this topic.  I hope Strike: has solved his problem by now.  If anusu10: has the same exact question, or a reasonably similar one, they can ask it in a new thread.  Or a totally new question, in a totally new thread.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
