I know that the chemical formula for morhpine is C17H19NO3 but what is the chemical equation to get this?

What do you mean by the chemical equation to get this? Do you mean how do you make morphine? Or do you want to know the structure?

Like something + something yields something.

The question is "How is this organic compound synthesized (chemical equation)"

In the body, morphine is derrived from the neurotransmitter, dopamine, in a complex serries of reactions. So I'm afraid it's much more complcated than A + B --> Morphine. For more information see here:
