Practical Question - Ethylene Glycol

I'm trying to find a way to break down antifreeze into a nontoxic substance. The antifreeze is ethylene glycol-based. I do not have a nearby location that will allow the disposal of the entifreeze. Is there some reaction that I can initiate that will break the ethylene glycol down?
