How can I find out the persentage of thujone in a liquid? Or may be with the help of what!?

Substances!? Spirit of course! For the moment I have a deal with Absinthe, and I have to find out the presence or absence of thujone in it. How can I do it? ???
AWK:
You mean - ethanol + water.
Then you can find a method of determination of thujone, eg spectrophotometric, gravimetric or other. Some of them can give you a molar concentration, others - mass of thujone in a sample of your solution.
