How can i detect amonia as colorimetry method with nano particles?
or every sulotion that makes color changes after amonia addition

There are a number of colorimetric reactions with ammonia, the easiest would be a pH indicator like phenolphthalein.  I don't know why you mention 'nano-particles' if that's just a buzzword, we can let it go.  But a better description of your application would give you better results.

with phenol we can just determinate existence of ammonia

I'm not an expert on nano-particles, but I think its unlikely that nano-formed copper metal will detect anything by itself.  So you're going to need to formulate a more complete question, before you just start jumping in with buzzwords like 'nano' and 'green.'
