Hello,
I read that when adds HBr to vinyl chloride (CH2CHCl), the expected MARKOVNIKOV product is CH2CBrCl. Is this correct. If yes, pls explain.

CH2CBrCl is not a product of addition of HBr to CH2CHCl.
