You seem to have several post trying to find TiO2.

I do not know how pure you want it but using various links found on this forum and knowing the uses in pottery of TiO2 in minerals - here are some suggestions

from WIKI list of common chemicals
titanium dioxide    TiO2    Titanium White    Available as a fine powder for use as a pure white pigment from fine art supply stores.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rutile
Rutile is a mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide, TiO2.

from
http://www.hyperdeath.co.uk/chemicals/inorganic.php
Titanium(IV) Oxide

Formula: TiO2
Synonyms: Titanium Dioxide
• Pottery suppliers sell it.
Seattle Pottery Supply (USA)
US Pigment Corp. (USA)

• Some specialist art suppliers sell it as "Titanium White" or "Titan White" dry pigment.
Kremer Pigments (Global)

• Cosmetics making suppliers sell it as a sun-protection agent.

Thank you for your reply.
I am a chemical engineer from a TiO2 manufacturing company.
Currently on my hand I have the SOP, PFDs for producing the TiO2 slurry.
Currently my company is focusing on the conversion of Rutile to paper pigment slurry.
All I need is a facility. I have research online, and I have heard there is a process term called "toll manufacturing". I have already contacted DuPont, Huntsman, Tronox, Kronos, and Crystal. So I am just wondering if anyone knows a good company for toll manufacturing.
