Cleaning plastisol inks
« on: April 06, 2015, 04:38:40 PM »
I am a screen printer, and use plastisol inks.
It's a suspension of pvc particles in phthalate esters.
It's very difficult to clean, even with products designed for it.
What would be the best commercially available chemical to dilute or clean this stuff?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Your best bet would be to ask the suppliers of your inks.  There may even have information on the MSDS's of the inks.
