Hello,

A picture of a table depicting the process of adding vitamin D3 to food products is linked. The company wants to investigate the reason for inconsistent levels of this vitamin in their final products. I am thinking about which test/analysis would be the best in this case and my guess is either 1 or 2-way ANOVA depending on whether "sample No." (three replicates) is a factor or not, could I be right?

Please note: In the attachment I incorrectly spelled number as "nr." - No. should be the correct abbreviation. Also, I forgot to add overlines to the coloumns: The first coloumn is processes, the second is replicates and the third is area.

Just curious as to why some of your area values are missing?
Are you going to try for more replicates than 3?

Exactly: a plot with a regression + correlation factor is your best friend.

As for the anova hypothesis, What is your null hypothesis?
