is it a conjugate acid base pair

an acid and a base which differ by a proton is said to be a conjugate acid base pair , is it right ? In a buffer solution containing H2CO3 and (HCO3)- , i m asked to write the conjugate acid base pairs , i think the conjugate acid is H2CO3 and the conjugate base is (HCO3)-
the another pair is conjugate acid H3O+ , conjugate base H2O
are these 2 pairs correct

why is the answer like conjugate acid H3O+ , conjugate base (HCO3)-

To be more precise, your buffer solution contains: H2CO3, HCO3 -, H3O+, H2O, CO3 2- and OH-
