Volumetri Pipette calibration
« on: August 26, 2015, 11:31:10 PM »
Hi,

I am having trouble with this problem.

A volumetric pipet is labeled as "25 mL" . If it delivers a 24.844 g of deionized water at 31 degrees C, what is the calibrated volume of the pipet? What would be the mass of water delivered from this pipet if the water temperature was 15 degrees C?

By the forum rules, you must show some effort into answering the question. What formulae do you know that may help? For instance, how do you convert between volume and mass?
