Hello this is my first post on here and I hope you guys can help, because this is the first time ive even heard of this mineral and I have no idea how it reacts in a reaction. so here it is with the question.

Q: Balance the following reactions. C) Azurite (mineral with composition Cu3(OH)2(CO3)2) reacts with hydrobromic acid to give....

This is basic carbonate - partly hydroxide, partly carbonate. How do hydroxides react with strong acids? How do carbonates react with strong acids?
