I have a question regarding strength of interaction embedded monomer lipid molecule  experience in a poly(lipid) network vs lipid bilayer. As this molecule does not have any covalent interaction, only dispersion interaction would be occur between molecule and the surrounding. In the case of poly lipid network, delocalized electronic cloud would make a stronger interaction due to  higher electric cloud surface area.  Is this a valid argument?  if not how should I build a argument for any difference. I would appreciate citation of any primary literature references. Thanks for your time.
