Hello,
Three Questions:
(1) I understand how number-weighted is determined and some basic info about it, but what exactly does unweighted even mean?
(2) How do I interpret number-weighted and unweighted data side by side? For instance, if my number weighted data says that my liposomes are 7 nm (1.0 contribution) and my unweighted data says that they are 9 nm (1.0 contribution) then what exactly should I assume I have in my sample? A mix of both particle sizes or a majority of 8 nm (in the middle) or???
(3) What is considered as a significant contribution besides 1? If another size has 0.9 contribution is this size considered to have a significant population as well?
Really appreciate the help.
