It's a weird question, but I need an help.
I need a flavored whiskey. I've already made such things, but using neither milk nor cream.
Now I'm tryng to add some butterscotch cream, and it's made with milk, butter and cream... so I have some question about it.
With a 100 Proof alcohol, if I leave some milk in it, it will expire like the milk or will it last longer?
And how can I mix it properly? Because I made a test in a small glass, and after 30 minutes I can clearly see the alcohol on the bottom and the cream on the top...
