Trying to find the literautre values for the yield and the melting point of 4-carboxybenzyltriphenyl bromide but having no luck. Am I looking in the wrong places?

(4-carboxybenzyl)triphenyl bromide or (4-carboxybenzyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide?

Try looking for the latter: you may be luckier.

Sorry, should have phosphonium in there too as you've noticed.

I've looked (4-carboxybenzyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide, got some results now on google (before it was none). Unfortunately got no information on literature values. Oh well I guess there isn't any if I can't find it on google unless there are better search engines that I am not aware of.

Thanks for your help, I will know what to do next time to get better results.
