somehow i've already got 2 taken away, i just want to know why. what is the purpose of the scooby snack thing anyway?

No such rule. Although in general if you have lost many snacks it means you have pissed off many people - and chances that you will be banned grow.

if by level you're referring to the stars then yes it is based on posts. There are exceptions though such as with the admins. I think there is another topic about this.
