N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone with silanol groups

Hi
it is first participation for me in this forum. any one know about possible interactions if N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone (NOP) exist with both silanol groups materials and triethoxysilyl material.
NOP is hydrogen attractor, it will attract hydrogen from OH of Silanol or ethoxy groups?
