First of all, you must weight your sample of hydrated sodium carbonate.
Then you titrate it using KFA (or another primary or secondary standard): this will tell you the moles of sodium carbonate you have.
You'll have to multiply them by the molecular weight of Na2CO3 plus a progressive number of water molecules, untill you get the closest weight to the one you calculated in the beginning.
