This is not academic related or part of any kind of homework. The thing is - I came across this term few days in an article and yet after searching extensively on the web, couldn't find any appropriate answer. I would highly appreciate if you could further help me.

You can't "produce nucleophile water molecule". All water molecules are identical, and they are all nucleophiles in exactly the same way.

Is this what you are getting at?  Water is a nucleophile in many enzymatic reactions (as well as non enzymatic ones).  It is generally thought to be a poor nucleophile.  What could an enzyme or other catalyst do to make it a better  nucleophile?

How do I increase the nucleophilic characteristic of water? Any specific way?
