among those ions which one is a
Weak base and its salt shock sensitive ?

I know that N3^(-) is a weak base. 
ion (C2-2) is strong base and many of its salts are shock sensitive as well.

but According to question one of the ions should maintain the two features ( weak base and shock sensitive)
so is it (N3-) or (C2-2) ?
