I'm looking for a method to analyze trace amounts of acetic acid in my sample. Im using the phenomenx ZB-WAX plus column; my solvent is dmso. I'm not able to get a good peak at 500ppm levels of acetic acid. Neat injection of AA looks great though!
Anyone have a method already developed that I could try?

You could tell us a bit more about your sample matrix,if you're getting good results with a standard, and not with a sample,we should look there for an explanation. You could also attach an image of a run.
