where are you getting this from? i've never heard of meq as a unit before

if it helps, you can make things simpler by multiplying each side by 100g. Then the question is whether or not 1 mmol = 1 meq.

if you could tell me what your units mean it probably wouldn't be too hard

did you try changing the mmol to just mol and convert all of that because i do believe i saw them both there

meq stands for miliequivalent, whether 1 mmol = 1 meq depends on the reaction. It will hold for HCl/NaOH, not for H₂SO₄/NaOH.
