If a question asked to use VSEPR to determine the shape of a molecule and the molecule happened to be T-Shape would it be enough just to draw the molecule and mention it is t - shape (image attached below)?

Would it make sense to distinguish between the two T-shape molecules by mentioning that the T-shape molecule is either a derivative of the "Trigonal Bipyramidal" group and the other is a derivative of the "Octahedral" group? Or am I using the term "group" wrongly here and it is unnecessary? Thanks

Is molecular geometry and VSEPR the same thing right? Meaning using electron geometry SeH₄ would be called "Trigonal bipyramid" whereas when using VSEPR to name the molecule it would be called "Seasaw".
