If you had a 1:1 mixture of sucrose and your chosen amino sugar (N- Acetylglucosamine), how might you successfully separate them?
Has any idea about this?
Much thanks in advance

It is a forum rule that you must show your attempt before we can help you. What separation techniques have you learned about so far, and how do they work?
