Ask chemical activator A for blank PVA

please help manufacture activator A formula for PVA blank. because my country is hard to get activator A is ready for use. thank you

You're using an abbreviation and jargon.  There's no hope of help for you, unless you tell us exactly what you mean.  If the formula isn't right on the bottle, or you can't find it online with a Google search, its not likely someone here knows -- random reagents aren't taught at university.

Now, if you can define 'PVA blank', say that's some sort of photo-resist, or polymer modeling formulation, and you went to a forum specific for those processes, someone might detect your jargon and be able to help.

But I don't see an equation to balance, or a calculation to perform, which is more of what we do here.
