SN1 and SN2 movies
« on: May 25, 2006, 06:06:58 AM »
Hallo,
I am going to attend a conference and I will give an oral presentation.
I need some movies describing SN1 and SN2 mechanisms.
Anyone can help me?

I think it's easier to google for Java animation instead of movies
"Say you're in a [chemical] plant and there's a snake on the floor. What are you going to do? Call a consultant? Get a meeting together to talk about which color is the snake? Employees should do one thing: walk over there and you step on the friggin snake." - Jean-Pierre Garnier, CEO of Glaxosmithkline, June 2006

Hallo,
thank you very much for the suggestion. But I am not experienced with that.
I have searched and have found many movies and animations but I have not been able to download the one I like.
I was very fascinated by the animation made by Dr. Wooster (the link below)
http://www.enc.edu/~timothy.t.wooster/courses/CH321/lecturenotes/chapt6.html
I wrote him an email asking for a permission, however, I have got no answer yet.
The other link is

They say, it is possible to download. I tried it but it did not work.
