  Is there any site where I can download a free software which can help in converting one organic compound to another(conversion of organic compound).

You are looking for a DFT og HF program?

I found a AM1 and PM3 program at http://users.ugent.be/~tkuppens/chem/
The program is made by ArgusLab.
