Am doing a project in which I am making the Process Flow Diagram and simulations for manufacturing Diacetone Alcohol from acetone. I tried searching in all the encylopedia's and handbooks. There is no relevant information for DAA as it is an intermediate used to produce other solvents. Could someone please help me with some resources...

This patent describes basic production method.

You probably could be creative with your production method.  Such as using a batch method or continous flow through various catalyst beds.

Production method will be determined by cost, simplicity, yield requirements, and purity.

I am a student and am doing a project where I have to design a plant to manufacture Diacetone alcohol. Could you please suggest some guidelines or referrences for the same. I could not find any  conclusive data for the same.
