Molecular theory question

I have some trubles at drawing molecular orbital diagrams for heteronuclear diatomic molecules. I have no idea which two atomic orbitals will mix and which orbital will not participate in bonding...

Probably I should ask how to identify the energies of each orbitals? (both atomic orbitals and the molecular orbitals formed)
