hi could someone please explain how to incorporate values of toal volume of samples
into the Shimadzu ICP OES software as it only has cells for weights and dilution factor.

Instruments like Varian and Perkin Elmer allow total volumes to be recorded to give final concentration
intomg/kg.

You may have better luck just contacting Shimadzu. It would be fortuitous indeed that someone here would happen to have the exact equipment and knowledge.
