Can anyone please help me out to find the chemical composition to deposit carbohydrate on surface of metal?

"Carbohydrate" is too general to tell, "metal" too. Dissolve sugar in water, apply on the metal, evaporate the water. Really what you intend to do?

And did you mean carbohydrate (Cx(H2O)y, synonym for "sugars"), or hydrocarbon (CxHy)?
