The compound is [654-70-6] and is sold by S.A. at about 55 EUR / 1 g.

If you're on a tight budget you can visit www.buyersguidechem.de for finding cheaper suppliers. You may also check Acros, Fluorochem, Matrix Scientific, Apollo Scientific, they sometimes have better prices.

Another option is to start from [400-74-8], i.e. 2-Fluoro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride, which is reasonably cheap at S.A. (about 44 EUR / 5 g) displace F by an alkaline cyanide, and reduce the nitro group with something which doesn't affect the CN group.
The similar chloro cpd [777-37-7] is even cheaper, but possibly not as good as the fluoride for the initial SNAr.

I'm sure there are smarter and more elegant routes, but depending on the value of your final product, I guess you can afford to spend something on your starting material, can't you?
