Hello. I am a chemical engineer. I used to teach in a University, but had an early retirement due to kidney failure. I am just enjoying online to relax and contribute whatever I can to the community. If I know anything, I will be glad to answer some questions. Feel free to approach me if you have some concerns. Who knows? Maybe I can help. Also, I have some resources that I can share.

God bless.

Greeting everybody
I lived in Tennessee and Houston, TX. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (2011) and I'm going to get my Chemical Engineer degree at Tennessee Tech University in 2 more years because half of all my credits will transfer to my engineer prereq. I'm very humble and excited to tackle another degree, but yet nervous about the future of chemical engineer. I noticed we seeing a 5.9 % increasing in the job marker. But, nobody knows certain how the market will change. Has anybody in here find a job right after school in the US ? Thank you

Hello,

I am a Chem-E from southern California. I just finished by B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego. I currently intern as a manufacturing engineer at a growing pharmaceutical company.

My science and engineering areas of interest and experience include batch distillation of essential oils, supercritical fluid extraction, spray drying and CVD processes, nanoparticle synthesis, thermochemical storage of focused solar energy, biofuel processing, manufacturing feasibility, quality assurance procedures, good manufacturing practices, manufacturing process automation solutions and wine making. looking forward to improving my problem solving skills and bouncing ideas off of other folks in the group!
