Hysteresis or flexibility in BET
« on: March 07, 2018, 10:05:56 AM »
I ran a N2 adsorption experiment in a MOF. The BET shows a "mixture” between type I isotherm, with type IV –like (with hysteresis). The question is:  Is my sample a mixture of micro and mesoporous, or is it a microporous flexible material?, is it possible to distinguish them? Any other analysis to confirm?
thanks
