What is the difference between a theory and an observation? In the scientific method of problem solving, which one is more useful in the prediction of the behavior of a system? Why did you choose the one you did?

1st of all you should know that theory is based on the observations of specific systems. You can only put on a theory on any system after examining the results of your observations on your system.

Can you more detail your point your are asking about?
