NMR problem
« on: March 13, 2018, 01:59:59 PM »
Hey there guys,
I am having a problem figuring out what are the spin systems in this NMR spectrum,
I overplayed both the COSY and the TOCSY spectrum but it doesn't fit any of the patterns that the professor  gave us
the sample has those amino acids
S1-E2-I3-Y4-C5-N6-S7-D8-G9-T10-C11-T12-W13-T14-V15 and i need to figure out which is which

i would appropriate if someone could help and explain to me how its done

Thanks

I'd like to start with the suggestion of a cleaner spectrum.  I would download your linked image and attach it here into the forum, but its too hard to read.  Try to get a printer ready image and attach that here.

Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
