Conductive ink
« on: March 27, 2018, 05:36:32 PM »
Hello!

Here you have some videos based on carbon conductive ink and some applications that can be used with conductive ink!

So,... what polymer is good to adhesion on the glass?

Silicone rubber adheres nicely on glass. Its unusual properties may render it inadequate for your use.
Epoxies too adhere well on glass. Pmma maybe? Glass isn't a difficult substrate.

For the use as a touch-sensitive surface, many Mohm/sq suffice. It's not the same use as, for instance, a printed circuit. Graphite powder may suffice without further compression.

One possibility would be Mma. It's a mobile liquid (volatile and badly irritating the eyes, do take adequate measures) that polymerizes to Pmma at UV light from the Sun or from fluorescent light tubes. You can mix graphite powder in it before covering the glass. Operate under red (inactinic) light.
