cycle of Copper Reaction
« on: April 02, 2018, 12:50:14 PM »
 ??? ??? ???
i'm really lost on a Problem with Molarity and the amount required to react with an amount of copper
can anyone help me get started i don't know where to start.

what volume (mL) of 3.0 M NaOH is required to react with 0.8024g copper(II) nitrate? What mass of copper(II) hydroxide will form, assuming 100e% yield

1. Write the chemical equation
2. Convert the mass of Coppernitrate to the corresponding mole
3. Get the moles of NaOH according the chemical equation
4. from this calculate the volume
5. get the moles of copperhydroxide
6. convert it to the mass

Now its your turn to show your attempt.
