Equilibrium
« on: April 18, 2018, 10:23:15 AM »
Hello, tomorrow there’ll be a test and there’s a question that I’ve been trying to solve:
If the concentration of chloride ion remaining in solution after silver chloride has been precipitated is 0.1 mol dm^-3, what is the concentration of the silver ion?
I’ll be really grateful if you can help me solve this

Did they give you any starting concentrations, or is that all the information in the problem. Have you tried doing #1 in my signature?
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
