vanillin to sodium 4-formyl-2-methoxyphenolate

How I prepare the salt of vanillin?
i read it by disolve the 1 Mole of NAOH  and one mole of vanillin in organic solvent such as ethanol and the evaporate the solvent by rotary ??

Yes, but the addition must be slow because the reaction is exothermic. You can use an ice-bath to control the exothermic heat, if necessary and wear safety glasses.
