Kinda random... yeah i know... but never the less after seeing on youtube how useful it was, i bought one. And now i am thinking to myself, can i make coffee with it? I wonder if it will be better than esspresso.

You will lose most volatiles.

It will be very bitter, because caffeine is bitter and will have a higher share of the taste profile
