Has anyone tried making coffee with Soxhlet extractor

Kinda random... yeah i know... but never the less after seeing on youtube how useful it was, i bought one. And now i am thinking to myself, can i make coffee with it? I wonder if it will be better than esspresso.

You will lose most volatiles.

You will lose most volatiles.
That makes total sense. But now it got me wondering how that will affect the taste.

It will be very bitter, because caffeine is bitter and will have a higher share of the taste profile
